Save/Delete Complete Job
The parameter species if completed jobs should be saved or deleted. Select Save
when you intend to reprint the completed job with the Web functions.

Delete Delete completed jobs.
Save Save completed jobs.

Optional Folder
Your printer does not use this parameter. So always set the parameter to Not
Enabled. With Enabled, the printer will not start correctly.

PDC box retention period
Species the period jobs are stored in the PDC box.
Jobs are automatically deleted when the specied period expires.

Job Display Order
Species the display order of the print job list on the panel.

Chronological Jobs are displayed in chronological order on the print job
list screen.

Reverse Chronological Jobs are displayed in reverse chronological order on the
print job list screen.

Job File Deletion Method
Sets the method to delete the job data on the HDD.
<Parameter by selecting options>

: Default value
n
Delete w/o Overwriting Job data is logically deleted.
Overwrite Once & Delete Job data is overwritten once before being deleted.
Overwrite Thrice & Delete Job data is overwritten three times before being deleted.
Note

When this parameter is set to something other than Delete w/o Overwriting,
it may be more dicult for the Printer to enter power save mode or it may
take time before the Printer stops during shutdown.
