The parameters specify the scale values in x and y directions when the Scale Mode
is set to Manual Scale.

0.01 to 1000.00 Default value = 100, Numbers indicate percentage for scale.

Numbers indicate percentage for scale.

This setting is enabled when the Scale Mode is set to Manual Scale. When the setting
is 100%, the image is printed at the same size.

Pen Width Scale (only with HP-GL and D-SCAN)
The parameter selects the scale mode applied to lines when an image is scaled
with x ratio equal to y ratio.
The lines includes:
- Solid lines
- Lines with dots and/or dashes repeated

- Line widths
- Inter-dot distance
- Dash-dot distance
