l'he
camera
operates
without a film
in it. What should
I
do?
A: lf the
operation
switch is set to ON, the shutter can be
relcased and
the tlash will
operate in low
light
situations
when the shutter
is
pressed,
even
il'there is no film
in the
camcra. On
the other hand, the
camera will not operate
if
the
operation switch
is
set
to
OFF.
1-he camera
may
become warm
when the llash operates
several times
in
rapid succession, but
this is normal
I'or this type ol
camera.

The camera
will not operate.
What should I do?
A:
(l)
Confirm that
the operation switch
is
ON.
(2)
Make
sure therc
is
a batterv
in the camera and
its
polarity is
correct.

Q:
Even when the operation switch

OFF,
the
LCD
panel
lights momentarily. ls this a malfunction?
Even when the operation switch
is
OFF,
the LCD
panel
may light momentarily. This is normal and
is not a
problem.
'Ihe
flash does not operate.
What should I do?
(
l) Check the setting of the
flash mode switch.
(2)
I he l1ash charge time may be
longer or the llash may
not opcrate alier taking a
number of flash shots.
Do not
shoot until the
flash indicator lights. Also the flash
may
not operate when shooting after
the lens cover has been
lelt open for a
period
of time. Set
the operation switch
OFF then ON again before shooting.
How
long
will the battery last?
Since a
lithium battery with a long service
life is used,
approximately
22 rolls of film
(24-exposure
5001:
ttf
which
use
flash)
can
be shot. ll'the llash is used
less
lrequently, the battery will last
longer.
