When noise reduction is set to ON, NR is
displayed on the control panel.
When m mode is set, noise reduction is fixed to ON.
When noise reduction is set to ON, the camera implements noise-
reducing processes after each shot. For this reason, shooting time
is approximately twice as long as usual. During this time, you
cannot continue shooting.
When noise reduction is set to ON, sequential shooting (i,
j, k, 7) is not possible.
This function may not work effectively with some shooting
conditions or subjects.
As the shutter speed is relatively slow, the use of a tripod is
recommended.
