1 Set the aperture by turning the
control dial while holding down
F.
You can change the adjustment range
for the aperture and the shutter speed.

Turn the control dial to set the shutter speed.
When the shutter button is halfway
pressed, the difference (ranging from -3.0
to +3.0 EV) between the exposure
determined by the currently selected
aperture and shutter speed compared to
the exposure level considered optimal by
the camera is displayed.
If the exposure status display flashes on
the control panel or appears in red on the
monitor, it indicates that the exposure
differential is less than -3.0 EV or more
than +3.0 EV.

increase the
aperture value

Turn to the left to
decrease the
aperture value

a faster shutter speed.
