Optical-digital observation is available when the light source is used in combination with the
videoscope or camera head compatible with the optical-digital observation. Confirm that the
optical-digital observation mode is selected.

1 Confirm that the available observation mode
indicators show the available optical-digital
observation modes.

The available observation modes vary depending on the connected endoscope.
2 Press the observation mode button on the front
panel to light up the observation mode indicator
“ON”. Confirm that the endoscopic image is
displayed in the optical-digital observation
mode indicated by the observation mode
selection indicators.
