The factory default setting is manual ignition.
3.4 Installation of the water container
When using an endoscope having the water
feeding function, prepare the water container
as shown in the “ System chart” on page 109.
Install the water container at the water
container holder on the left side of the light
source.

3.5 Selection of the lamp ignition mode
Either manual or auto ignition mode can be selected to ignite the examination lamp.
Select either of modes and set as follows:
• Manual ignition
The examination lamp ignites by pushing the lamp ignites button after turning the
light source ON.
• Auto ignition
The examination lamp ignites at the same time when turning the light source ON.
