1. The extended frequency range is only available in selected modules of the Test Universe software (for example, Harmonics
and PQ Signal Generator). These modules correct the phase and gain errors of the voltage output. The extended frequency
range is used for the generation of harmonics and interharmonics.
Note: Specifications for voltage amplifier channel V

are valid with no load on the voltage amplifier.
3.5.3 Total harmonic distortion and noise (THD+N)
The output signal quality depends on the design of the amplifier and its power supplies. The THD+N
values are not subjected by a long-term drift. The following guaranteed THD+N points are verified
during production using a measurement bandwidth of 20 kHz.
