3.10.3.1 Potential sensing mode
Characteristic Specification
Trigger criteria DC voltage comparison to threshold voltage
Typical hysteresis 10 % of absolute value of the threshold or 1 % of the input range,
whichever is higher.
Positive threshold:
Pick-up value is threshold
Drop-off value is threshold minus hysteresis
Negative threshold:
Pick-up value is threshold
Drop-off value is threshold plus hysteresis
Accuracy Same as in analog input mode (refer to Magnitude accuracy on
page 32 and Phase and frequency accuracy on page 32)
Typical input impedance 1 MΩ || 170 pF
