tion on the measurement results that follow this

Calc Axis Move This processing item calculates all axis move-
ments of the external device that are required to
match the measured position and angle to the
reference position and angle.
Calc Axis Move
by Multipoint
This processing item calculates all axis move-
ments of the external device that are required to
match the measured position to the reference po-
sition.
You can set up to eight points each for the meas-
ured position and reference position.
Transfer Position
Data
This processing item calculates the position data
and angle data after each axis of the external de-
vice is moved by a required amount. Use this
processing item when you want to move the
stage by a required amount, and then perform a
measurement to obtain the position data and an-
gle data before the stage was moved.

culation
This processing item uses the measurement re-
sults from more than one processing item to cal-
culate the position data and angle data to be
used in a Calc Axis Move processing item.

This processing item allows you to see how the
alignment marks move on the image while each
axes of the external device is being controlled.
You can use it to verify the operation of the align-
ment processing items even if the actual stage or
