(K3MA-F)
Application
• The K3MA-F monitors the feed speed of a conveyer.
• Two rollers with a diameter of 0.1 m are used for the conveyer.
• A gear to detect the speed of rotation is attached to the axis of one roller and its
rotation is converted into pulse signals by a proximity switch E2E-X5E1.
• The unit of indicated values by the K3MA-F is "m/min" and the values are indi-
cated to one tenth’s.
• When the speed reaches 22.0 m/min, comparative output 1 is turned ON.
• When the speed decreases to 18.0 m/min, comparative output 2 is turned ON.
