The variables with a Retain attribute and memory for CJ-
series Units in the DM, EM, and Holding Areas were cor-
rupted. Normal user program execution or normal Unit
operation may not be possible. (NX1P2 CPU Unit)
The variables with a Retain attribute were corrupted. Nor-
mal user program execution or normal Unit operation may
not be possible. (NY-series Controllers)

• Check the values of the retained
variables and the retained areas in
the memory used for CJ-series
Units and change them to the cor-

• Check the values of the retained

correct values. (NY-series Control-
lers)
• If the system uses a Servomotor
with an absolute encoder, turn ON
the power supply, and then turn ON
the Servo and check the actual cur-
rent position of the axis.
