What to do if Orbisphere 3600 Measuring Instruments give unexpected or incorrect DO readings?

If your Orbisphere Measuring Instruments show unexpected or incorrect dissolved oxygen readings, there might be a sample air leak. To check this, set the flow rate to 100 ml/min and wait until it stabilizes. Then, slowly increase it to 200 ml/min. If you notice a significant decrease in dissolved oxygen levels, it is likely that there is an air leak in the sample. Alternatively, high residual current may be the cause. Place the sensor in a deaerated sample, wait for a low reading, and check the concentration against the low measurement limit. If the concentration is significantly higher than the low limit, try servicing the sensor.
