* An excitation state of the motor when an alarm is generated is as follows.
Non-excitation: If an alarm is generated, the motor current is cut o and the motor holding force is lost.
When an electromagnetic brake motor is used, the electromagnetic brake automatically actuates to hold
the motor shaft.
Non-excitation after deceleration: If an alarm is generated, the motor decelerates to a stop.
After decelerating to a stop, the motor current is cut o and the motor holding force is lost.
When an electromagnetic brake motor is used, the electromagnetic brake automatically actuates to hold
the motor shaft.
Excitation: Even if an alarm is generated, the motor current is not cut o and the motor position is held.
