The Detective-EX has an audible clicker signal that
registers the current the gamma count rate, and can
be heard through headphones, the speaker in the
Detective-EX case, or both. The neutron sensitivity
is lower than the gamma sensitivity because the
neutron count rate is lower.
To adjust the clicker volume, tap Audio (Fig. 73),
then set the Headphone Volume or the Speaker
Volume.
The two Sensitivity sliders let you choose the num-
ber of counts per click; the default is 1000 counts
per click. To change clicker sensitivity, tap Audio,
then set the gamma and neutron sensitivity to the
desired level.
When finished, tap Back.
