3 Create a password for your profile. It must be between 6 and 20
characters long. You must enter it exactly the same way in the
Password and Re-enter Password fields. Tap Next.
4 Enter a valid email address. Do the following:
• Enter the full address, for example: yourname@emailaccount.com.
• Enter the address accurately, with an @ sign and a period, and the
appropriate domain type at the end (com, net, and so on).
• Enter the exact password you use to access this email account.
Creating your Palm profile: Unable to complete? Try this
Restart your phone and begin again by doing this:
1 Press and hold the power button until you see two buttons—Tu rn
Off and Cancel.
2 Ta p Tu rn Off . Wait for the phone to shut down completely.
3 Press and hold the power button and begin setup again.
If you are unable to create a profile, call Palm Support and find out the status
of the Palm Profile server. There may be a temporary outage affecting your
area.
