8.5 Programming items into the
broadcast memory
Store items into the unit to send the same document to
multiple parties (broadcast feature). Your programmed
items will remain in the broadcast memory, allowing
frequent re-use.
8.5.1 Programming items using the address
book
1 Press MMENUN repeatedly to display “BROADCAST
SETUP”.
2 Press MEN.
R Select “FAX” or “EMAIL FAX” by pressing MFN
or MEN. A MSETN. To use the broadcast memory
for Internet fax, select “EMAIL FAX”.
3 Press MCN or MDN repeatedly to display the desired
broadcast memory location (“<BROADCAST1>”,
“<BROADCAST2>” or “<BROADCAST3>”). A
MSETN
4 Press MCN or MDN repeatedly to display the desired
item. A MSETN
R The number in brackets indicates the number of
registered items.
R To program other items, repeat this step (up to 20
items).
R If you have programmed the wrong item, press

The broadcast function utilises station 1-3. The
one-touch dial function will be cancelled.

R Select “FAX” or “EMAIL FAX” by pressing MFN
or MEN. A MSETN. To use the broadcast memory
for Internet fax, select “EMAIL FAX”.
3 Select the desired broadcast key.
4 Program items.
Using station 1-3:
Press the desired station key.
Using station 4-6:
Press MLOWERN, then press the desired station key.
