To assign Remote Call Forwarding set
1. Log in to the Message Manager

sure you begin the telephone number with an outside line access number (to seize an
outside line).

10. The new settings are transmitted to the system. If the setting has been completed properly, you
will hear: "Call forwarding accepted
" or "Call forwarding is cancelled" as appropriate.
If the system announces, "Call forwarding not accepted. Please check the destination
number.", the forwarding setting has not been completed properly, possibly because a
nonexistent extension number has been entered as the destination. For more information,
consult your System Administrator.
Setting the Timed Reminder
The
Message Manager can set or cancel the Timed Reminder. The telephone will ring at the set time according
to the set mode (Once/Daily).
This feature is not available for PSs or S-PSs.
This
feature is not available when the Message Manager’s extension (assigned for Operator
1 in the Day Mode) is "default". In this case, it should be changed to the operator’s extension
number. For more information, consult your System Administrator.
