Call Hold Retrieve
Allows you to retrieve a call that has been placed on hold by another extension.
Retrieving an outside call on hold
– at another extension;
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the feature number (53).
3. Dial the held outside line number (1 through 3)
• You hear a confirmation tone (optional).
Retrieving an intercom call on hold
– at another extension;
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the feature number (51).
3. Dial the holding extension number.
• You hear a confirmation tone (optional).
Conditions
• “Call Park” cannot be retrieved by this feature.
• A confirmation tone is audible when the call is retrieved. Eliminating the tone is
programmable.
