Accepting a Call
1. While the phone is ringing, go off-hook, or press the SP-PHONE or HEADSET button.
NOTE: You can also press the Answer softkey at the bottom of the screen to answer a call. Doing
so automatically answers using the speakerphone (Figure 5-9).

To change this default behavior so the phone automatically answers using the headset, press the
HEADSET button while the phone is ringing. A headset icon appears in the upper-left corner of the
screen. Pressing the Answer softkey in the future automatically answers using the headset (Figure 5-10).

NOTE: Pressing the SP-PHONE button to switch to speakerphone takes you out of headset mode
and puts you into speakerphone mode. After this, pressing the Answer softkey automatically
answers using the speakerphone.
