2. Press the name of the speed dial contact on the screen. A call is initiated to that contact (Figure
5-35).

Changing ACD States
In order for a call center agent to change their ACD state from a Panasonic KX-UTG 300B phone, ACD
functionality needs to be enabled on the phone using custom tags. See the section above titled
Automatic Call Distribution (ACD).
Signing In
To sign in to a queue, press the More softkey, followed by the ASignIn softkey. The screen updates to
show a check mark next to your name (Figure 6-1).

NOTE: Signing in will not route calls that are in queue to your phone. To receive calls, you need
to change your ACD state to Available. To do this, press the More softkey, followed by the
