Available softkey. The screen updates to show a green check mark next to your name. Any calls
that are in queue could potentially route to your phone.

Going Unavailable
Changing your ACD state to Unavailable (going unavailable) is typically done when taking a break or
when you are away from your phone. Follow the instructions below to do this:
1. Press the More softkey at the bottom of the screen once, then press the Unavailable softkey at
the bottom of the screen.
NOTE: You will not be able to go unavailable if you are on an active call You will need to wait
until after the call has ended to go unavailable (Figure 6-3).
