3. To end the call with either party, press the End Call softkey at the bottom of the screen while on
that active call (Figure 5-13).

NOTE: Disconnecting with one party does not automatically take the other party off hold. To
speak to the other party, press the Resume softkey at the bottom of the screen (Figure 5-14).

Terminating a Call
You can disconnect a call at any time by pressing the End Call softkey at the bottom of the screen.
Alternatively, if using the handset, speakerphone or a headset, you can disconnect the call by going on-
hook or pressing the SP-PHONE or HEADSET button, respectively.
