Signing Out
When going to lunch, leaving for the day, etc., you need to sign out of your call center queues. To do
this, press the More softkey at the bottom of the screen once, and then press the ASOt softkey at the
bottom of the screen to sign out. (Figure 6-10).

Do Not Disturb (DND)
From the Phone
1. Press the FORWARD/DO NOT DISTURB button on the bottom-left of the phone. The Do Not
Disturb option is automatically selected.
2. Press the On softkey at the bottom of the screen (Figure 7-1).
