Playback Mode
To Change the Enlarging Area of an Image
3 Press the Arrow Button (;k, 4[, _, y)
on the Remote Controller that points to the
area you want to enlarge,
TO Cancel the Playback Zoom Function
Press the [P.B. ZOOM l Button _ on the
Remote Confrollcr.

Playback Digital Effect Functions
During playb;._ck,special digitt.deffects c;._nbe
added to fhe recorded piclures. The sameeffects
as fhosc of Digital Effects 1 and 2, whichare
used during recording, are obtained.
1 Pressthe fib] Button _.
2 PreSS the [SELECT] Button _ on the
Remote Controller to select a desired digital
effect.
wWhcn fhe [SELECT] Burton is pressed
repeatedly, the digital effect selection
changes.
wThc same setting can bc done using
[EFFECT SELJ Sub-Menu on the
[TAPE PLAYBACK MENU[.
TO suspend Playback Digital Effect
Tempotatity
Press the [OFF!ON] Button _ fo suspend or
restart the digital effect. When the digital cffc_ is
paused tempcradly, the selected cffect's
indication flashes.
To Cancel the Digital Effect
Press the [SELECT] Button _ on fhc Remote
Confrollcr and clear the digifal effect indicafion.
• Wipe Mode and Mix Mode
1 Press the fib] Button (3_[},
2 Press the [SELECT] Button (_ on the
Remote Controller and select LIAqPE]or
[MIX].
3 Press the [STORE] Button (3_) at the
moment you want to save as a still picture.
eThc [[_'_-Ij or [m] Indic;.tticn ;._ppears, and
fhc image is saved.
4 Press the [OFF/ON] Button _ in the scene
in which you want to use the Wipe or Mix
effect.
eThc scone changes _s a result of the Wipe or
Mix offecI.
•The Wipe Fun_ion and Mix Function can only
be accessed by using the Remote Ccnfrollcr
during playback.
If fhe [OFF/ON] Button _ is presced while
Wipe or Mix is carried out, the effect will slop
tcmpcradly at thaf point. Pressing the LOFF/ON]
Button (_3 again will bring back the effect.

Playing Back a Card
It plays back files recorded on a C;._rd.
1 Set the Mode Dial (_ to Picture Playback
Mode or MPEG4 Playback Mode, (MPEG4
