Positioning Monitor
(Available with MINAS-A4P series)
PANATERM
®
can monitor the I/O, operating status and speed of
each signal of some amplifiers having a positioning capability.
Opening the Positioning Monitor Window
1 Start PANATERM
®
.
(For details, see Section 5 “Startup” in this manual.)
2 The window menu is displayed in the PANATERM
®
screen.
3 Click “Positioning Monitor” in the
window menu.
4 The positioning monitor window is
displayed.
Closing the Positioning Monitor Screen
Click (Exit) on the tool bar.
