Check the Subnetwork Health and Status report
and Table E-6.
Sub-normal Speed The DBM is operating at a dial backup speed
less than the DSU and the DDS network speed.
Set the configuration option DBM Rate(Kbps) to
the DDS network data rate.
Subtree Truncat Downstream health and status information has
been truncated because of an overflow of the
system limits.
Clear any alarms to decrease the amount of
information reported.
