Chart holder
n Load capacity is 1 kg. Do not set an article exceeding the load capacity
because it may cause the chart holder to be damaged or deformed.
n Attach the chart holder in the correct orientation. If attached in the
wrong orientation, the rack may hit the patient, resulting in injury.
* Chart holder (IZ-C21CH) is not designed for sales in Europe.
Also, it is not distributed in some regions as well where it is not registered as medical equipment.

g The chart holder can be used for setting the charts.
1. Hang the chart holder on the footboard with the holder facing the outside of the bed.
Note!
When the chart holder is being used, the following accessories cannot be attached to the
footboard.
• Side-rail spacer holder (PC-5118)
• Monitor table (PC-5119)
• Bed linen rack (PC-5060)
