The rim brake stops the wheel moving when the
rider pulls the brake lever, causing two brake
linings, positioned opposite one another, to press
onto the rims. The hydraulic rim brake features a
locking lever. The rim brake locking lever is not
marked with any lettering. Only specialist dealers
may set the rim brake locking lever.
