• How do I pair my device via Bluetooth® wireless technology: Turn
on Bluetooth on your wireless device and press the Mode button on
the IntelliSync unit. See page 7.
• How do I know what WiFi router I’m connected to? Check the
Device Product page to verify that WiFi is connected. See page 22.
• How do I know if I have good Wi signal strength? See page 28.
•. Reset Network name, WiFi credentials on the device. See page 22.
• I can’t connect to my home network: Be sure that your home
router is 2.4 GHz. Also check your home router SSID and password.

• What do I do if my device is disconnect from WiFi? Check your WiFi
connection with your home network router.

• How do change the name of my pump: from the Dashboard, tap
the pump name > tap the Gear icon (top right) and select Product

• How do I turn a my pump ON/OFF?: On the Pump Speed Settings
page, select the pump Speed, then tap the Status button to turn
the pump ON or OFF. Stopped indicates that the pump is currently
running a schedule.
