USING A BUiLT IN FLASH (RTF)
This camera is equipped with a built-in Retractable
TTL-Auto Flash (RTF} unit. The RTF is ideal
for use in dark locations where the auto-focus
system does not work, and for flash photography.
Even when photographing a person under the
shade of a tree or in a dark location during
the daytime, the RTF can be used as a fill-in flash
in the Programmed AE mode for daylight flash-
sync photography.

1. When the flash pop-up button is pushed, the RTF
swings up and forward and starts charging. After use,
push it back down into the housing.
