When dispatching the detector in this configuration, never use a metal blanking plate and
its clamp: only a plastic blanking plate must be used.
5.9 Connection of an external oil mist separator
The user has the option of connecting an external oil mist separator to replace the internal oil mist sepa-
rator installed in the detector.
This modification requires the installation of a DN 25 ISO-KF connector to connect the external oil mist
separator.
The external oil mist separator and the DN 25 ISO-KF connector are the responsibility of the customer
(see chapter "Accessories").
