d) Quality and reliability deliverables list
During product creation RFQ milestone the DQE has to provide deliverables list to supplier and discuss with them to
perform quality and reliability evaluation and testing report per request in list to DQE for design quality and reliability
review and validation.
For second panel or 3rd panel project, DQE will only test the related necessary items to confirm the panel quality
and system reliability:
