Standard Function Parameter Register
Some standard functions require the entry of a parameter for
function execution. In general, this parameter is the number
of the bus device. The device number consists of the bus
segment and position. The device number file is given in
binary in the 16-bit standard function parameter register.
Example: Device number 2.3

System Control
Initiating, monitoring, and terminating a function must be
integrated into the application program.
The two following diagrams illustrate the sequence of a
function execution with and without parameter transfer.
