Description of Standard Functions
In addition to the dedicated diagnostic display, the application
program can directly influence the bus system. The basic
functions required for this are provided by the standard
registers. Predefined and frequently used functions can be
executed by setting an output bit.
Standard Function Start Register
This register includes the start bits of the standard functions.
When the corresponding bit is set (bit = 1), the associated
standard function will be started.
New functions can only be carried out after the
preceding function has finished.
The following functions are assigned to the individual
standard function start bits:

In order to execute the functions marked

, additional
parameters are required, which must be transferred to the
separate standard function parameter register.
When writing directly bits 7 to 15 of the standard
function start register, there might be errors in the
INTERBUS system leading to damage or personal
injury.
1) Frame reference of the configuration stored on the
parameterization memory (default setting: frame
reference = 1)
2) INTERBUS device number:
Byte n (bits 0 ... 7): Bus segment
Byte n+1 (bits 0 ... 7): Position in segment (see
