- Keeping the cover locked in a vice, unscrew the
impeller shaft drive. During removal, support the
flywheel crankcase. Remove the drive and the
shim washer underneath.
CAUTION
THE THREAD IS ANTICLOCKWISE.
- Using the special tool and appropriate supports,
ensure a proper support surface. Using a hammer
and a plug (of diameter less than 8 mm and being
careful not to damage the shaft seat) remove the
shaft and ceramic seal.
