4.4 Detection of shorts across contacts
4 test pulse outputs that use different test pulses (test pulse0 (T0) ... test pulse3 (T3)) are
available for detecting shorts between the inputs.
Shorts between inputs are detected if the inputs are connected to different test pulses (test
pulse 0 ... test pulse 3).
Pulsing of test pulse outputs T0 ... T3 (typical times):
