CONVENIENT CD FUNCTIONS
To play back desired tracks
@Playing a desired disc (Disc Search)
Follow procedures 1 and 2 in order.

selected
disc

procedures

and
4
in
order.
1.
When
the
unitis
not
operating
or
when
a
disc
is
playing,
turn
the
DISC
SELECT
knob
to
select
the
desired
disc
number.
e Select
PO
to
play
the
Plus
1 disc.
elf
you
do
this
while
a
disc
is
playing,
the
selected
disc
starts
playing
automatically.
2. Press the START button.
The selected disc starts playing from the first track.
3. Select the desired track using the C—) or C=] button.
{f you do this while a disc is playing, the selected track starts
playing automatically.
4. Press the START button.
The selected track starts playing.
e You can select tracks from discs selected in the 5-DISC
ACCESS mode.

Direct
track
selection
is
not
possible
during
programmed
play.
Best selection memory

You
can
memorize
a
desired
track
when
it
is
playing
by
simply
pressing
the
BEST
button.
e Plus 1 disc cannot be memorized.

You
can
memorize
up
to
25
tracks
in
each
of
BEST
A
or
B.
1.
Press
the
desired
BEST
button
(A
or
B)
when
a
desired
track
is
playing.
The
disc
number
and
track
number
are
memorized.
2.
Repeat
the
procedure
1
to
complete
the
best
selection
memory.
To listen to a memorized track:
Press
the
desired
BEST
button
(A
or
B)
when
nodiscis
playing,
and
the last memorized track starts playing.
Clearing memory:
During
Best
Selection
Memory
play,
press
the
CLEAR
button
on
the
remote
control
unit.
The
track
playing
is
cleared
from
memory.

Best
Selection
Memory
operation
is
not
possible
during
Best
Selection
Memory
play.
(Example:
BEST
A
selection
memory
is

BEST

selection
play.)

if
you
memorize
a
track
after
having
already
memorized
25
tracks
