Protects
motor
from
high
temperatures.
Trips
if
the
pump
motor
is
near
overheating.

Circuit
Breaker
-
Generally
left
ON.
Will
trip
if
overload
occurs
(i.e.
pump
is
turned
on
but
no
system
valves
are
open).
To
reset,
find
and
correct
cause
of
trip.
Turn
power
switch
(3)
OFF.
Push
circuit
breaker
OFF,
then
return
it
to
ON.
Normal
operation
will
resume.

Filter
Assembly
Connector

An
insulated

Cord

Plugs
into
fryer
recep-
handle
covers
the
filter
pan
assembly
connection,
tacle
to
provide
power
for
filter
operation.
This
connection
separates
the
filter
pick-up
as¬
sembly
from
the
filter
piping
for
removing
the
filter
pan
for
cleaning.
