shutdown Shut down incoming port. The shutdown feature only works when the packet length is less than 1518
(without VLAN tags).

Example:
To enable ACL Shutdown function for the GigabitEthernet X/X.
Switch# configure terminal
Switch (config)# interface GigabitEthernet X/X
Switch (config-if) # access-list shutdown
