Possible cause Remedy
The metal part of the X-ray tube is in front of the
X-ray beam
When taking an X-ray image, make sure there
are no metal parts between the X-ray tube and
the patient.
Check X-ray tube.
Software unable to combine the data to make complete image
Possible cause Remedy
The X-ray dose on the image plate was
insufficient
Increase X-ray dose.
