1.6 PRINTING
Many details may be printed from a TMS4000 equipped with a printer. A print button will be visible
wherever printing is available. The information that can be printed includes the Reports and System
Configuration. The below screen capture displays the options for the Print button accessible on the
Main Screen. The reports accessible via this Print button are as follows:
• Print Status: This prints the full system status reports including the states of all enabled
tanks/probes and leak/point level sensors
• Print Inventory: The current Inventory displayed on the TMS4000 will be printed. This does
not print the contents of the Inventory Report. To print the Inventory Report, simply go to the
Reports button and click on the Print button. Other Reports may be printed in a similar fashion.
• Print Inspector Report: Combines the Status and Inventory Printouts into a single Report. This
may either be printed or exported as a PDF.
• View Print Jobs: View the printer queue showing pending or active print jobs.
