The probe map/system setup below should be completed by the electrical installer as each probe,
Date: Date the event occurred
Time: Time the event occurred
Device Type: Includes, Tank, Sensor, and CC Input
Device ID: The ID number of the Device Type causing the event, if applicable
Device Name: The name assigned to the Device Type causing the event, if applicable
Event Condition: The category of event
Status: Detailed description of the event
