Each user must have a User Name and 4-digit numeric PIN number assigned. Like the Administrator
account, the user name is only used in the System Reports to document the user responsible for
taking certain actions. Individual users may be deleted by checking the Delete User checkbox and
saving the changes. Access restrictions may currently be placed on the following functions:
• Firmware Update: Firmware Updates may be performed using a USB flash drive. Restrictions
may be placed on performing any change to the system firmware
• Logs/Reports: Individual restrictions are as follows:
o Print: using printer connected to TMS
o View: on TMS display
o Clear: Erasing Logs/Reports
• Config: Individual restrictions are as follows:
o View: on TMS display
o Edit/Clear: making changes to or erasing the system configuration
• In-Tank Leak Test Schedule: Individual restrictions are as follows:
o View: on TMS display
o Edit: making changes to the Leak Test Schedule
• Edit Clock: Changing the Date and Time
• Acknowledge Alarms:
o Theft: Any detected theft
o In-Tank Leak: Failed In-Tank Leak Test
o System Errors: Include Probe Timeout, Probe Sync, and Sensor Fault
o All Others: Includes Tank Set Points for Product, Water, and Temperature, CC Input
and Sensor Alarms.
