Drive Belt Removal - Widetrak Driven
NOTE: Turn the key to the “OFF” position and allow
the engine to come to a complete stop.
1. Open the clutch guard.
2. Set the parking brake. Firmly grasp the belt and pull
upwards towards the hood.
3. Roll the belt out of the driven clutch and remove the
drive belt.
Drive Belt Installation - Widetrak Driven
1. Install the drive belt around the drive clutch.
NOTE: Install belt so that the numbers can be read
correctly on the left side of the machine or in the
direction in which the belt was originally installed.
2. Wrap the belt around the top of the driven clutch (A),
then pull it around the rear (B).
3. Firmly push on the moveable sheave while pulling the
belt down into the sheaves from the rear.
4. Close the clutch guard.
Adjusting Belt Deflection - Widetrak
1. Loosen, but do not remove the three screws on the
deflection cam.
2. Rotate (counterclockwise) the deflection cam towards
#1 in small increments to decrease belt deflection.
3. Rotate (clockwise) the deflection cam towards #5 in
small increments to increase belt deflection.
4. Do not rotate cam past #1 or #5.
5. When the proper belt deflection is achieved torque the
lock nut to 10 ft. lbs. (12 Nm).

#5 - MOST DEFLECTION
