Distinguishing Calls
You can customize your phone so that you can distinguish different parties by
ring type.
To set a distinctive ring type for a contact:
1 Press .
2 Select Features > Contact Directory.
3 Scroll to highlight the contact.
You can also use the * key to page up and the # key to page down.
4 Press the Edit soft key, and then scroll down to the Ring Type field.
5 Press the Left and Right arrows to select the Ring Type.

6 (Optional.) To remove an existing value, scroll to the blank entry.
7 Press the Save soft key.
Rejecting Calls
You can customize your phone so that incoming calls from a particular party
are immediately sent to your voice mail.
Note
This feature is local to the phone, and may be overridden by your organization’s
settings. For more information, contact your system administrator.
Note
Calls on shared lines can only be silenced, they cannot be rejected.
