Using Your Contact Directory
You can store a large number of contacts in your phone's local contact
directory, accessible by pressing and selecting Features > Contact
Directory.
Contact your system administrator for the exact number.
You can dial or search for a contact in this directory. You may be able to add,
edit, and delete contacts.
You may have access to portions of your corporate directory through your
phone. The contacts that you can see are determined by your system
administrator. You can place calls to contacts in your corporate directory. You
may be able to add contacts from the corporate directory to your local contact
directory. For more information, see Using Your Corporate Directory on page
37.
Adding Contacts
You can add contacts to your contact directory manually, from a call list, or
from your corporate directory (see Adding Contacts From the Corporate
Directory on page 39).
Adding Contacts Manually
To add a contact to the local contact directory manually:
1 Press .
2 Select Features > Contact Directory.
3 Press the More soft key.
4 Press the Add soft key.
