Open Hardware Diagnostics. The shortcut should be located in the P
ROGRAMS, POLYCOM IPOWER,
A
DMINISTRATOR INFORMATION folder. Select TEST AUDIO. To test the input to the codec, select MICROPHONE A/V
BOARD. You should see level activity for the left channel only. Set the INPUT VOLUME to halfway.
