ATX 2.03 specification has enhanced not only power supply connector from 20 pins
to 24 pins but also +12V power drawing from power supply to CPU to ensure
LGA775 CPU will have enough power current. Besides, please make sure J10 has
been connected. Otherwise, the system board won’t be able to boot up.
+12V of ATX 2.0 can also be used on J12 even though there are four missing pins-
two +12V and two GND.
