ATX 2.03 24 pin power connector connects to J43 on RUBY-9715VG2A
Although there are four missing pins, it doesn’t mean 20-pin power connector
cannot be used. Indeed, the four missing pins are used to enhance the power
drawing from power supply side to motherboard since LGA775 require high power
current.
